NSA STRIDES Employment has been developed to support the needs of people wishing to engage and progress through Training and Employment.
This has been achieved by offering a range of outreach based services situated within a local venue. The outreach services offer support and advice to all individuals and groups who are Economically Inactive, and are situated within Neath-Port Talbot and across the spatial area.
The project has been designed to offer a more bespoke training model, ensuring all service users have a far greater opportunity to access learning/training that’s essential to local and regional based employer’s needs.
The project welcomes all types of employment training providers, from various sectors which include public, private, and especially the third sectors.
All the training rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished; and are situated on ground floor level which is wheel chair accessible.
All rooms are designed and equipped to the highest standards which include: Multimedia, projectors, whiteboards, OHP and wireless internet.
STRIDES Employment has developed a close working partnership with a number of outreach services that reside at the project they includes, Want2Work, Shaw Trust and the Condition Management Programme.
